Meet Our Staff

Sarah started with Wayne Agency in 2015. She has a strong passion for service and helping customers understand their insurance policies to ensure they are properly covered while keeping premiums affordable. Sarah loves spending time with her many fur kids and family as well as volunteering in the local community, hiking, meditation, and weekend getaway adventures.

Rachel started working in insurance in 2012 and came to Wayne Agency in 2013 to handle commercial lines and life insurance. In 2021, she purchased Wayne Agency with her sister, Sarah Stanley. Rachel spends most of her off time enjoying her 3 daughters’ sporting events. Go black tigers! She is also an active member of the local Rotary Club and acts as treasurer for a local non-profit youth soccer club.

Emily has been with Wayne Agency since 2019. She has been a licensed personal lines agent since 2020 and licensed life agent since 2022. She is a mother to two boys and a fur momma to two dogs. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending local events.

David has been an insurance agent for 45 years. He enjoyed his time studying in Europe, working as a choir director, and now spending time with his 3 children and 3 grandchildren. We are so lucky to have David in the office and appreciate all of the wisdom he brings to the table.

Dick has been with Wayne Agency since 1986! He has played a major role in the building of the agency’s reputation for providing customer service that goes above and beyond. He has always treated clients as if they were family. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and teaching bridge, watching sports of any kind, and spending time with his family.

Evelyn has been with the agency for almost 30 years! She is the perfect, caring person to help customers when they need us the most. Evelyn is an avid singer, lover of plants, and very involved mother and grandmother. Both her years of experience and wealth of knowledge make her a treasured asset to our team.

Jen graduated from Kent State University in 2008 with a bachelors degree in Communications . She has spent the majority of her career leading customer service departments. . In her spare time Jen enjoys spending time in nature and spoiling her cats. She also loves creating art of many kinds and cryptozoology.

She looks forward to helping community members find the best insurance for their current and long term needs!

Corrie started at Wayne Agency in 2023 and does an outstanding job managing our front desk. Corrie is a super mom to 3 daughters and can be found at the PTO meeting, a fundraising event, her family’s church, or cheering from a sideline somewhere in her free time. Corrie is a hard worker in and out of the office and we are so happy to have her!

Kayla started with the agency in 2018. She loves helping customers and growing strong relationships that last! Kayla is well-versed and ready to help our customers with whatever they may need from Home , Auto, and Umbrella needs to Commercial, or Life- she’s got you covered! Kayla is mom to 3 awesome kids. In her spare time, she loves crafting, spending time by the ocean, and being with family

Sam has been with the Wayne Agency for over 10 years. He enjoys working with businesses and individuals to help them with all of their insurance needs. Sam is an avid Cleveland sports fan and father of two who enjoys traveling, sports, and staying active.

Krishna partnered with Wayne Agency in 2023 and has been a wonderful addition to our team of agents. Krishna manages his own satellite office in the North Hill area and offers multiple languages common to the region. His wife also runs a fabulous restaurant in the same building as Krishna’s office at 926 E Tallmadge Ave, Akron, OH 44310, Suite B. Call us to arrange an appointment with Krishna!

Monica Early, CPCU, a Cuyahoga Falls native, began her insurance career in 1976. She became a licensed agent on December 30, 1976, and later focused on Commercial Insurance. Monica achieved the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation in 1999. In 1984 and 1986, Monica gave birth to two of the greatest loves of her life and future owners of The Wayne Agency, Rachel and Sarah. Monica is married to another love of her life, Dick Early, whom she met at The Wayne Agency and married in 2003. Monica loves being a grandma to five amazing granddaughters, working with her daughters, playing bridge with her husband and helping others.
